-Bookings are accepted by sending a deposit of 30% of the total cost within the next 7 days.
The booking is valid only after receiving the deposit which must sent as soon as possible either by bank transfer. The deposit can be paid back only if the cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to arrival date with 30% fine.

-Bungalows can be occupied after 15.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure.

-Late arrivals and early departures for any reason (damages, bad weather, illness, robberies,etc.) are not management responsibility, therefore the amount due is for the entire period booked.

- The amount must be paid on arrival for the whole booked.

- The kitchen of the bungalow and apartment must be left clean especially the dishes, pots etc. otherwise the management will charge you an extra sum of money.
